角層は著明に肥厚。表皮は不規則に肥厚。真皮浅層から中間層の血管周囲に著明な細胞浸潤。拡大像で、赤血球の血管外漏出を認め、リンパ管の開大もめだつ。血管周囲に浸潤している細胞はリンパ球が主体。

Dx：うっ滞性皮膚炎

正答：Kaposi's sarcoma

・dermal blood vessels surrounded by neoplastic vacular spaces

・slit-like space containing erythrocytes

・炎症細胞浸潤ではなくて、紡錘形細胞の増殖（pericyteか内皮細胞？）
